This entry sums up July.  Sam turned 7 months old, and Aunt Jodie visited.  There was our 4th of July party and bike parade as well as the Cherry Festival air show and fireworks.  Finally, we got a visit from our friends the Lemme's from Indianapolis.

We took a weekend family getaway to Chicago recently.  Mia had a great time exploring Navy Pier, the Children's Museum, John G. Shedd Aquarium, Millenium Park, and Chicago in general.  We had some good eats and picked up some Chicago sports gear.

Mia got her first plane ride as we flew to New York City this weekend.  We visited Jen's sisters Allison & Shannon in Brooklyn.  There was also a few stops by Gary Jonas' & Allison's new restaurant, The Farm on Adderley.

We met some friends from Indianapolis, IN, this week in South Haven, MI. The Ryan's, the Lemme's & we all enjoyed some fun in the sun and well-deserved R&R.

Mia Frances Tursman has arrived! She was born 7lbs 3oz and cute as can be. Mother & baby (and Father) are well and happy. Click here to see her pictures.

Here is a glimpse into the Tursman garden. It's a little skimpy now because it is still cool at night here. But there are several more veggie seedlings in the basement that will be in the garden soon.

Our trip to The Netherlands & France. After Amsterdam & Haarlem, we met up with Drew's brother Donnie Tursman in Paris and travelled south through the wine regions of France.

Here is our trip to Ireland. We flew into Dublin and immediately drove across the country to Galway. We then toured the southern coast and ended up back in Dublin.
